Freight Charges

Calculate shipping charges as follows:

Add 15% freight to the order subtotal. Online freight charge is $7.50 minimum for small parcel items that ship FedEx, UPS or USPS, and $75.00 minimum for all larger items which must ship by Truck*. Free Freight promotion applies to ground freight items, in the Contiguous United States only. Items which ship via Truck carrier are not eligible for free freight promotions. (Freight method is shown for each item.)

Call or fax for freight quotes if you are located outside the contiguous 48 states. We gladly ship to foreign destinations. However, quoted freight rates will not include duties, taxes, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

* Inside ($25.00) or residential ($50.00) delivery and lift gate service ($25.00) require additional charges. Please specify if you require these services during Step 2 of checkout. Call for more information.

Risk of Loss, Freight Damage and Shipment Shortages

Risk of loss, title and ownership of the goods purchased are transferred to the customer at the time goods are delivered to the common carrier. If a shipment is short or damaged, we will gladly assist you with your freight claim. The product shortage or damage must be noted on the freight delivery document. Please notify us immediately if you need assistance with your claim. If shipped on the customer’s freight account, we waive all liability for freight damage.
